Early Morning Personal Training is for people who like to get a strong start to their day.  This unique program gives you the affordability of group training without the hassle of getting your friends together to exercise.  Show up at your scheduled time and enjoy the benefits of early morning training.  Early Morning Personal Training is available by appointment at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30 AM.

The MEDFITNESS Challenge

The 21-Day MEDFITNESS Challenge is designed for people that are serious about losing body fat and improving their health.  The challenge combines the HMR Diet with the MEDFITNESS Workout for an effective 21-days of fat loss.  The HMR Diet includes HMR food, fruits and vegetables and other healthy foods.
